Get Healthy Get Results is a unique program, designed for success, because:

  • Our holistic approach incorporates all aspects of a healthy body and lifestyle
  • Healthcare professionals, from chiropractor spine specialists to dietitians to exercise physiologists, guide participants in their overall weight management journey
  • Based on scientific evidence, the program strikes the right balance between the support of a group atmosphere, which enhances motivation, encouragement and accountability, and our specialists’ personalized approach to working on an individual’s needs.
  • We are available to members every day via text, email or phone for support and help in making the changes necessary to gain a healthier lifestyle.

Program Details:

  • At start, the resting metabolic rate will be tested to determine calorie burning at rest and accurately prescribe meal and exercise plans
  • Based on the results of the resting metabolic testing, participants receive a nutritional analysis from a registered/licensed dietitian and exercise program with a degreed exercise physiologist
  • Get Healthy, Get Results hosts a minimum of four (4) meeting opportunities monthly, with a minimum commitment of three (3) months
  • Meetings include: resting blood pressure measurement; resting heart rate measurement; body weight; goal determination; lecture; workout; walk; take-home educational material and individualized consultations with dietician and exercise specialist.

Recommended Tools include: Pedometer, Heart Rate Monitor

  • Cost $450 per person for initial three (3)-month program
  • Follow-up packages for program continuation after the initial three months
